The breakfast had a decent variety of food options, and the outdoor area was nice for relaxing. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions.
My Christmas stay was ruined by the terrible noise levels throughout the hotel, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which made for an overall unpleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location close to the city center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. And finally, the rooms on the first floor, with the hill view, were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel.

We loved it! Great hotel for kids, nice room with comfortable bed, clean and spacious. Helpful staff and good location. Fast Wi-Fi and nice outdoor area.

The hotel was conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy to explore and access the local attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and we especially enjoyed the beautiful hill view from our room on the first floor. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the port area and comes with hyper-fast Wi-Fi and free parking. The room was clean, well-furnished, and came with a nice balcony that made for a good spot to relax. The breakfast was a generous buffet style and included most essentials. The hotel was relatively new, so everything was quite updated.
The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, and noise from the street and other guests made it hard to sleep uninterrupted. The sleeping arrangements were not very comfortable, and the hotel's receptionist did not speak English very well, creating a communication barrier for non-Polish speaking guests.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city. It's within walking distance to many attractions and the bustling port area. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast spread served daily was wonderful and had a good variety of options for everyone.
The staff could be slightly more welcoming and friendly towards their guests.
